As a recruitment business we collect and store personal data for the following types of people, to allow us to conduct our business:-

Source of Personal Information

We collect all candidate personal information directly from you. Regarding client personal information, we will record information relevant to the provision of recruitment services to your company and this information will be retained by us for the following purposes:

  • Matching your company's requirements with candidates/consultants on our database;
  • Forwarding details of candidates/ consultants we think may be of interest to your company
  • Necessary processing during a contract assignment

Why do we ask for your Personal Information

As a recruitment business we introduce candidates to clients for permanent employment. We therefore collect personal information to introduce our candidates to our clients for this purpose. We also support individuals throughout their career and support businesses’ with their resourcing needs and strategies.

When do we share your Personal Information

Futureproof Recruitment Ltd will contact you directly by phone, email or otherwise if a career opportunity becomes available that we believe you would be interested in. We will ask you for your written consent allowing us to forward your personal information onto the Client and we will keep this consent on file within our CRM - Bullhorn.

Is your Personal Information transferred outside the UK or the EEA

We’re based in the UK, but sometimes your personal information may be transferred outside the European Economic Area if we are representing you for an international career opportunity. We will contact you for your written consent and we will keep this consent on file within our CRM - Bullhorn.

Our legal basis for the processing of personal data is:- legitimate business interests. As a recruitment business we receive and hold information about you to carry out our core business activity - Candidates, helping you to find your next career move / Clients, helping you find your next employee.
